f\u00fcr dynamische und statische Abdichtungen bieten einen erh\u00f6hten Schutz f\u00fcr die Dichtung.<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<div>Die X-Rings sind 4-lippig Dichtungen, die 2 Abmessungen haben: Innendurchmesser und H\u00f6he.<br \/>\nEs handelt sich um eine \u00c4nderung der Form der O-Ringe: die X-Ringe haben eine \u201eX\u201c-Abschnitt.<\/p>\n<p>Es handelt sich um die einfachsten und vielseitigen Arten von Dichtungen mit einer breiten Palette von Anwendungen f\u00fcr dynamische und statische Dichtungen.<br \/>\nDer X-Ring geht in eine spezifische Stelle und wird w\u00e4hrend der Montage mehrerer Teilen gedr\u00fcckt um eine Dichtungssystem zusammenzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die X-Ringe k\u00f6nnen Problemlos auf den f\u00fcr O-Ringe konzipierten Stelle montieren, sie sind sowohl f\u00fcr dynamische als auch statische Dichtung geeignet und sind f\u00fcr vielf\u00e4ltige technische Anwendungen einsetzbar.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt jedoch Verwendungsbeschr\u00e4nkungen in Bezug auf Druck, Geschwindigkeit und Betriebstemperatur.<\/p>\n<p>Bez\u00fcglich des Drucks wird zwischen linearer und rotierender Bewegung unterschieden.<\/p>\n<p>Lineare Bewegung:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 bis zu 5 MPa (50 bar) ohne St\u00fctzring<br \/>\n\u2013 bis zu 30 MPa (300 bar) ohne St\u00fctzring<\/p>\n<p>Rotierende Bewegung:<br \/>\n\u2013 bis zu 2 MPa (20 bar) ohne St\u00fctzring<br \/>\n\u2013 bis zu 15 MPa (150 bar) ohne St\u00fctzring.<\/p>\n<p>Auch f\u00fcr die Geschwindigkeit wird die obige Unterscheidung getroffen.<br \/>\n\u2013 Alternativ lineare Bewegung: bis zu 0,5 m\/s<br \/>\n\u2013 Rotierende Bewegung: bis zu 1,0 m\/s<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Material gilt jedoch folgendes:<br \/>\n\u2013Standard Material -30 \u00b0C bis zu +110 \u00b0 f\u00fcr alternative lineare Bewegungen<br
