    In-house tool
    production

    Thanks to our tooling workshop and to the synergy between it and our technical department we are able to manufacture internally mass production moulds as well as prototype moulds in the same high quality to test different materials.

    Production

    The production area of Tecnica Gasket consists of a large amount of plants: injection moulding machines (horizontal and vertical) and compression moulding machines for elastomers, thermoplastic materials and liquid silicone rubber. The injection moulding “micro-machines” enable the production of micro custom parts. Our attention for the environment is proved by the electrical plant which guarantees low consumption and an almost zero environmental impact.

    Further workings and
    surface tratments

    Tecnica Gasket also follows further workings after moulding such as: deflashing, mechanical workings, surface and thermal treatments and post-curing.

    inspection

    Every company department works following severe qualitative standards to ensure high-quality products. Actually Tecnica Gasket invests money on human and technological resources to follow each step of the production process.
