Rapid Prototyping Technology: Innovation at the Service of Our Customers

Our company continues to invest in innovation and technological development with the introduction of a new professional MSLA resin 3D printer, designed to further enhance rapid prototyping activities in the field of industrial rubber seals and gaskets.
Thanks to its ultra-high-resolution 8K printing technology, prototypes can be produced with a level of detail and accuracy that exceeds traditional FDM/PLA filament-based technologies. The excellent dimensional precision ensures samples that faithfully reproduce the original 3D model.
One of the key advantages of this technology is the possibility of using silicone-based resins with mechanical properties similar to rubber, available in a hardness range approximately between 40 Shore A and 90 Shore A. This makes it possible to manufacture prototypes that are not only dimensionally accurate but also exhibit elastic behavior and performance characteristics very close to those of the final product.
For our customers, this translates into a significant operational advantage: the ability to receive prototype samples quickly, accelerating product development, testing, and validation phases.
The new technology also provides valuable support for drawing approval and reverse engineering activities.
In addition to technical documentation, it is now possible to supply a physical 3D-printed sample, allowing customers to verify dimensions, fit, assembly interfaces, and preliminary functional characteristics of the component before production.
